Cannoli of Piana Degli Albanesi
The production of the Cannolificio Siciliana Dolci ranges from the production of wafers for cannoli to chocolate, ricotta, peanut butter and pistachio cannoli. The Cannolificio's offer is aimed at both wholesale and retail and specialises in pastry wafers for cannoli and other artisan confectionery specialities for which it also follows all stages of export.
